REGULATIONS REGARDING ACCESS TO YOUR OWN PERSONAL ZipMecDatabase and ZipMarketPlace AREA
These regulations constitute the basis of the contract that your company must agree to and sign in order to use the ZipMecDatabase and ZipMarketPlace services.

ART. 1 - SUBJECT
With this contract, the company EDIZIONI ANNUARI D’ITALIA SRL domiciled in Via dell’Industria, 33 40138 Bologna, offers a service enabling the user to consult their entire database and to access their company data so they can make any necessary changes (ZipMecDatabase), and a personal interactive space for trading fruit and vegetable products (ZipMarketPlace) via the Internet site www.zipmec.com and the sub-domains connected to it. All this must be carried out in accordance with the general terms and conditions.
The services will be supplied, therefore, following the acceptance of this contract and the general terms and conditions which are an integral and substantial part of it and following the successful completion of the activation procedure described in the terms and conditions.
EDIZIONI ANNUARI D’ITALIA SRL reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions, immediately notifying any registered users by e-mail or ordinary postal channels.
This contract may not be ceded to third parties for a charge or for free without the express written consent of EDIZIONI ANNUARI D’ITALIA SRL.
ART. 2 - USER GUARANTEES
The user guarantees that the data given on registration and in later amendments is accurate.
The user accepts all responsibility for material added to the Net via his/her own personal area in the ZipMarketPlace service, and is committed to indemnifying EDIZIONI ANNUARI D’ITALIA SRL from any claims or actions by third parties.
In particular the user shall not use these services for sending or inserting messages that may cause damage or disturb the network or third party users or violate laws or regulations.
All copyrights, trademarks, patents and any other legal or regulatory rights must be respected.
Last of all the User shall not use material of a pornographic, blasphemous, obscene or libellous nature.
In the event of any violation of the above regulations, EDIZIONI ANNUARI D’ITALIA SRL has the right to terminate this contract without notice and without being liable for damages. This does not apply to any claims for compensation against those responsible for the violation.
Last of all the user must take great care of both the Login and Password given at registration, ensuring that neither is used by unauthorised third parties and if these third parties are authorised by him/herself, he/she shall take full responsibility for their actions. If the password should be either forgotten, stolen or lost the user must use the new password issue procedure by contacting EDIZIONI ANNUARI D'ITALIA SRL (Via dell’Industria, 33 40138 Bologna – tel. ++39 051 727972 fax ++39 051 728815 e-mail: info@zipmec.com).
EDIZIONI ANNUARI D’ITALIA SRL cannot be held responsible for delayed, imperfect or interrupted service supply which may be caused by circumstances beyond our control, tampering or servicing carried out on equipment or services by users or third persons not authorised by EDIZIONI ANNUARI D’ITALIA SRL, incorrect use of services on the part of the user, faults in the user’s computer or complete or partial interruption of telecom operator services if they too are caused by circumstances beyond our control or third parties.
ART. 4 - SERVICE COSTS
The ZipMecDatabase database consultation services and the ZipMarketPlace virtual marketplace are currently free of charge.
ART. 5 - LENGHT OF CONTRACT
Subscription to ZipMecDatabase and ZipMarketPlace registration, the services offered by EDIZIONI ANNUARI D’ITALIA SRL, lasts for 365 days from the moment the user receives notification that their application has been accepted, unless the application is revoked and EDIZIONI ANNUARI D’ITALIA SRL is notified. If this should happen, within 48 hours of withdrawal EDIZIONI ANNUARI D’ITALIA SRL will disable services and stop the processing of any data in accordance with current legislation.
ART. 6 - COURT OF JURISDICTION
Any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of the current contract shall be decided in the Bologna Civil Law Courts.
ART. 7 - REFERRAL
Current legislation shall be applied to any issue that has not been expressly defined here.
ZipMecDatabase and ZipMarketPlace GENERAL SERVICE SUPPLY CONDITIONS
A. OBJECT
This document defines the general conditions of the ZipMecDatabase and ZipMarketPlace service supply offered by EDIZIONI ANNUARI D’ITALIA SRL via the www.zipmec.com web site and its sub-domains.
B. SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS
A.
Services are supplied through the activation of access to a Reserved Area (via a personal Login and Password).
B.
The services can be accessed by any operator in this sector, Italian or foreign, in possession of a Login and Password issued by EDIZIONI ANNUARI D'ITALIA SRL.
C.
ZipMecDatabase is a service that searches for companies in our database via the www.zipmec.com website and its sub-dominions. Its basic functions are the following:

To inform EDIZIONI ANNUARI D'ITALIA SRL of any variations in the data regarding your company.

To consult the entire fruit and vegetable operator database.
D.
ZipMarketPlace is a “virtual marketplace” service for registered users in possession of a Password issued by EDIZIONI ANNUARI D'ITALIA SRL. Its basic purposes are the following:

To consult the entire fruit and vegetable marketplace in the www.zipmec.com web site and its sub-domains.

To enter your own offers and/or requests of products in the entire ZipMarketPlace or in your private marketplace (ZipMarketRoom).

Use our ZipMarketMail service to receive contacts and reply to them.
If the user decides to enter or request products in our ZipMarketPlace, and to use, edit or delete Zip spaces, this does not put them under any obligation to EDIZIONI ANNUARI D’ITALIA SRL whatsoever.
If a portal user and or a company user sends a request to another company via the ZipMarketPlace service no charge will be made by EDIZIONI ANNUARI D’ITALIA SRL.

Design and graphic layout of your WEB presentation page..

Design and graphic layout of other WEB pages.

A service that matches advertising or communications to the names on the portal mailing list and/or the contacts sent by the ZipMarketPlace.

A priority search result listing service.

A service that adds banner and advertising buttons to your Company file portal or remote web site.

A private MarketPlace service (ZipMarketRoom) for your business on line (EDIZIONI ANNUARI D’ITALIA SRL charges no commission).
C. ACTIVATION PROCEDURE
C.1 User Registration.

To activate these services the user must supply company data (Database office, legal representative, etc.), as well as other optional data; once the form has been sent with the obligatory authorisation of data processing EDIZIONI ANNUARI D'ITALIA SRL reserves the right to check data and if they correspond to registration requirements an e-mail is sent containing all the Supply Contract data as well as the Login and Password.

Sending the form does not mean the company will be automatically added to the list of names displayed online but only to the database;

From that moment and for 365 days, the user can use the services as much as they like, the only limitations being the ones stipulated above.

C.2 Service Activation.

When the services have been activated EDIZIONI ANNUARI D'ITALIA SRL informs the user via e-mail.

The content of the site and of all databases that can be retrieved and used there is protected under Italian law and in particular by the law dated 22 April 1941 and subsequent amendments, concerning copyright and related rights, belonging exclusively to EDIZIONI ANNUARI D'ITALIA SRL or the respective Authors, where indicated. The trade-marks, logos, drawings, sounds and any other creative expression in these files are protected by registration and are the property of EDIZIONI ANNUARI D'ITALIA SRL. All rights reserved, unless authorisation for copying said content is granted by EDIZIONI ANNUARI D'ITALIA SRL. Therefore, any person reproducing said content, in full or in part, without authorisation from EDIZIONI ANNUARI D'ITALIA SRL is liable to prosecution with civil and criminal proceedings.
