ADVISORY IN ACCORDANCE WITH LEGISLATIVE DECREE No. 196 OF 30 JUNE 2003 Personal Data Protectoin Code Purpose of handling We inform you, in accordance with Art. 13, Legislative Decree 196/2003, that your data will be handled with computer or manual methods by Edizioni Annuari d’Italia S.r.l., with headquarters in Bologna, Italy, owner of the handling. The purposes for collecting and handling the data are the following:   A. Fulfilment of laws connected with civil, fiscal, accounting, etc. standards; administrative management of the relationship; fulfilment of contractual relationships; technical support and technical information with regard to the products and services which you have purchased.   B. Market analysis; statistics.   C. Information on future commercial initiatives and announcements of new products, services and offers, both by us and our business partners, even via fax and automated system or over the INTERNET.   D. Insertion in the fruit and vegetable sector commercial operators database managed by us and our lists of operators; publication on our hard copy directory and communication to the public on our portal zipmec.com.   Your data, because it is published in our directory and/or inserted on our website, will also be the object of distribution on an international level.  If you consent to data handling for the purposes indicated in point B above, the data may be the object of communication to subjects and/or companies which conduct market analysis and/or statistics; if you consent to data handling for the purposes indicated in point C above, the data may be communicated to our partner companies and business partners.  Consent to handling and communication of the data for the purposes indicated in points B and/or C is optional and there will be no consequences if you refuse except for the impossibility for us to ensure improvements in service for you and to provide you information on developments of our offer.  In accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 you may obtain from our company:   1. Confirmation as to whether or not your personal data exists, even if not yet registered, and communication in intelligible form of the same data and their origin, as well as the logic and purpose on which handling is based. You may renew this request, unless there are justified motives, at an interval of no less than ninety days;   2. Update of the data or correction or, whenever necessary, integration of data;   3. Cancellation, transformation to anonymous form or blocking of any data handled in violation of Legislative Decree 196/2003 including any data whose preservation is unnecessary, according to the aims for which the data has been collected or subsequently handled;   4. Certification that the operations described in the two previous points have been notified, even with regard to their content, to the other companies to whom the data has been communicated.   The personal data protection law also provides you with:   1. The right to know, through free access to the Central Register of Handling held by the Guarantor of personal protection data, the existence of data handling which may regard you;   2. The right to oppose, entirely or partially, for legitimate reasons, the handling of data which regards you, even if pertinent to the purpose for which it was collected, as well as opposing, entirely or partially, to the handling of personal data for purposes of commercial information, sending of advertisement material or direct sales, or the conducting of market research or interactive commercial communication.
