ZipMARKETPLACE - GUIDE

ZipMARKETPLACE, for registered
users only, is a useful tool for finding/offering fruit and vegetable
products in a virtual market. You can:

|
|
A.
|
ENTER requests
and offers ("ZIPs") for goods to be sold or purchased.
|
|
B.
|
MONITOR the
level of interest from other operators in the "ZIPs", consulting
the number of accesses and messages received.
|
|
C.
|
CHECK
"messages received" for the “ZIPs” and if necessary reply using ZipMarketMail:
the exclusive ZipMARKETPLACE internal mail service
|
|
D.
|
MANAGE the
"ZIP" as follows:
1. Mark it
"Processed" at the end of the negotiation
2. Update it
3. Delete it
4. Enter it again if it
expires
|
|
E.
|
CONSULT the
"selling" and "purchasing" "ZIPs" posted by
other users.
|
|
F.
|
SEND a message
if interested in an offer/request, using ZipMarketMail.
|
|
G.
|
CREATE a ZipMarketRoom,
an area reserved only for your most trusted trading partners, where you can privately
manage products and prices, allowing only your partners to consult them.

|
H.
|
LOOK FOR/OFFER
transport for fruit and vegetable products.

ZipMARKETMAIL – GUIDE
|
|
ZipMarketMail is a messaging service within ZipMARKETPLACE
which allows you to contact users who have posted offers/requests which
interest you. EDIZIONI ANNUARI D'ITALIA S.r.l. is the service provider, but
is not responsible for and has no knowledge of the content of the messages.
You should also be aware that users are responsible for maintaining their
own mailboxes. The main rules for use of this services are:

Messages
sent using this service must relate to the offer and/or request which
resulted in the contact.
|
|
·
|
Regularly
check your mail.
|
|
·
|
Delete
messages which are no longer useful as soon as possible, as they occupy
disk space. Try to keep the number of messages in your mailbox to a
minimum.
|
|
·
|
Useful
messages can be printed for future reference.
|
|
·
|
Never assume
that messages sent to a recipient are only read by the person directly
involved. Other operators accessing the recipient’s computer may be able to
read your messages.

for the content and maintenance of the disk space assigned to a user on a
shared system:

password) in your disk space.

& password are confidential. Do not reveal them to anyone.
