MELA RENOIR*
Variety which looks very similar to the "Renetta". Large size fruit with a round and slightly flattened shape. The base colour is green-yellow, covered with rust colour over 50-60% of the surface. The fruit, if well exposed to the sun, can take on another light red tone on the sunny side. Excellent taste with an intense flavour which is reminiscent of the "Renetta" but sweeter. The flesh is yellow, firm and juicy. The fruit, excellent if eaten immediately after being harvested, can be conserved until April.
