SINORA
Sinora is an early ripening variety, with pale yellow flesh and is suitable for processing to make chips and for frying. The tubers are rounded-oval, with superficial eyes and yellow skin. This variety produces a good number of medium-sized tubers. Care must be taken when harvesting, since the Sinora is sensitive to mechanical damage.
