CAVOLFIORE UBAC F.1

CAVOLFIORE UBAC F.1 - Early, productive variety. Compact plant with good leafy coverage. The rich white-coloured round corymb has a good specific gravity and is very easy to prepare. Production is concentrated and homogeneous with good behaviour in heat and little downy mildew. Product commercial presentation is also excellent. The production cycle is 70-80 days from transplanting, ideal for harvesting at the start of autumn and spring.
