This "Gentile" lettuce is ideal for field production and June to October harvests in Northern Italy. Serrated leaves. Firm, easy to handle and a head that is always open even in dim light. The stem maintains its fresh colour and does not bleach when ripening. This variety is extremely reliable thanks to its high level of resistance to going to seed or forming twin heads and its capacity to combat the most recent strains of pathogenic Bremia germs.
