MELA SMERALDA*
This fruit of medium-large size has a uniform green coloured peel, smooth and without any evident lentil. The yellow coloured flesh is fine and crunchy, juicy and pleasant thanks to a high level of sugar together with high acidity. The taste is reminiscent of a "Granny Smith", but with a higher sugar and flavour level. Excellent storability, harvested 30 days before "Granny Smith".
