NICOGREEN (Cov) GREENSTAR
Obtained by combining "Delbarestivale x Granny Smith" in a cultivar, this variety has a pale green skin with barely visible white lenticels and red streaks on the part exposed to the sun. The shape is attractive and regular: the flesh very crisp, pleasantly tart and with a good full aroma. Keeps in a refrigerator until the end of June without losing its organoleptic qualities.
