MODÌ CIVG198 - This variety is the natural evolution of another CIV project, the Rubens® apple. The extended truncated-cone shaped fruit has an excellent size and very bright crimson over almost the entire surface. The very firm flesh is crunchy, juicy and yellow with high levels of sugars and acids. The organoleptic properties are significant: excellent preservation; flesh; juiciness; very high Brix and acidity values. These properties remain unchanged as time passes and give a long after-sales
