CHIFLON
Selected in Spain, this variety is prized for its early ripening, which allows good production in the early months of the season. It is a medium - vigorous plant. The fruit is conical ? wedge shaped and bright red. The size of the fruit is medium ? large and constant to the end of the harvest. The flesh is an even red colour, aromatic and slightly tart. The elastic skin resists damage during handling and transportation. Suitable for Mediterranean environments and unaffected by climate change.
