PLAGOLD
This very early Cultivar variety originated in Spain where it was obtained with a natural Planasa-Cartaya (Huelva) hybrid. The fruit has a flattened round shape and a superficial suture line with a dipping apex and a wide, shallow stalk cavity. 95% of the light yellow skin is covered with a bright red hue. The pulp is consistently fibrous and firm and clings to the stone. The fruit reaches a weight of about 130 grams, and has a splendid taste and a sugar content of around 10° Brix. This variety is particularly interesting for its attractive look and size.
